§21-Import: Wann sind Fälle vollstationär bzw. teilstationär?

Die G-DRG-Vorgabe für das Feld Aufnahmegrund:
01xx Krankenhausbehandlung, vollstationär
02xx Krankenhausbehandlung, vollstationär mit vorausgegangener vorstationärer Behandlung
03xx Krankenhausbehandlung, teilstationär
04xx Vorstationäre Behandlung ohne anschließende vollstationäre Behandlung
05xx Stationäre Entbindung
06xx Geburt
07xx Wiederaufnahme wegen Komplikationen (Fallpauschale) nach KFPV 2003 (obsolet)
08xx Stationäre Aufnahme zur Organentnahme
10xx Stationsäquivalente Behandlung

QBX wertet "03xx", "04xx" und "10xx" als nicht vollstationär.
QBX wertet "01xx", "02xx", "05xx", "06xx", "07xx" und "08xx" als vollstationär.

Bei den Hauptdiagnosen unter B-[x].6 zählen nur vollstationäre Fälle, in diesem Abschnitt finden Sie also die ICD-Kodes der vollstationären Fälle.

Im §21-Import können Sie links im Navigationsfenster den Eintrag "FALL.csv" auswählen. In der Liste sind vollstationäre Fälle schwarz dargestellt, sonstige Fälle grau (hier die Fallkennzeichen 10 und 20):
